Bike Hire - Self Guided Bike Adventure

Point Nepean’s rich history has had a significant impact on Victoria and Australia in terms of immigration, quarantine and defense. 

Enjoy an adventure with friends or family while cycling along the stunning coastline of the most southern point of the Mornington Peninsula. Hiring a bike allows you to explore the secluded beaches & beautiful coastline of Point Nepean National Park & surrounds. 


Bike Collection: 

Bike pickup is located at our shop in Portsea, 1km down the road from the National Park Entrance.


Location:

3755 Point Nepean Road, Portsea, VIC, 3944, Australia


Duration:

2 - 3 hours is normally enough time to explore the park by bike. At the end of the ride, enjoy the open spaces at the Quarantine station for a picnic or to explore the area.

Hire Times:

9.30am - 12.30pm OR 1.00pm - 4.00pm.

What to Bring/Wear:

You should bring a backpack for personal items – cameras, mobile phones, sunscreen, water, snacks etc. 

A hat, sunglasses, comfortable clothes for riding and closed heel shoes are recommended.

Participant Conditions:

This is a Self Guided experience, there is no guide with you, so it is recommend that participants are confident on a bike. If you are not confident, we suggest you explore the flat sections of the park by foot up to Observation Point and the Quarantine Station OR hop on the shuttle bus jumping off at stops of your choice.
